Working with leadership, Jeff helped facilitate the design of a three-year strategic plan, including organizational priorities, goals, and measures in the areas of sustainable growth, operational excellence, and human equity.

Jeff worked with leadership and OIA’s Board of Directors to explore the realm of possibilities and how they might be implemented to drive transformational impact supporting the organization’s mission of sustainability, policy, and outdoor participation. Jeff is a veteran at helping organizations succeed. He brings over 25 years of experience driving sustainable growth for start-ups to publicly traded companies. At OnStrategy, Jeff works with leadership teams in strategy design, organizational roll-out, adoption, and performance management.

A resident of Truckee, California, Jeff is our resident mountaineer. He loves being outdoors and spends his free time enjoying the Sierra Nevada Mountains—rock climbing, mountain biking, and skiing.
