Professional Experience
Russell developed our award-winning online platform from the bottom up. His coding and database expertise are foundational to OnStrategy’s success. Russell’s seasoned, core knowledge of back-end coding systems serves as the continuous gravitational pull that pushes the OnStrategy platform forward.
He wrote the first version of the OnStrategy online application, and has been Lead Developer for OnStrategy ever since. He has managed and coded, along with our incredible development team, every step of the evolution of the OnStrategy platform since 2006.
Russell began web development in 1994 while working in magazine publishing, then moved to New York City in 1996 to work for SonicNet in the fledgling Silicon Alley days. Before joining forces with OnStrategy, Russell worked on projects with Macromedia and several other software clients as the owner of delge.com.
Education
BA in English from Boston University, and has been working in web and information technology since 1995.
About
Russell is an ICF-certified Mindfulness, Wellness and Somatic Coach, teaches and guides meditation at the Yoga Center Reno, and is a published author of fiction.
