We offer an onsite or virtual facilitation session which allows us to gain an understanding of your leadership and organization’s direction, help you align and communicate your vision with your team, help you refine your vision for the future, and create clear focus areas to build your plan’s OKR framework.
Our consulting service helps leaders avoid those common mistakes by creating an agile plan that focuses on your team. We will assist your team in creating annual shared objectives aligned with your direction, train everyone on how to develop OKRs that support your direction and create a custom OKR playbook to allow you to refresh your plan regularly.
During your annual refresh, we will refocus your annual organization-wide objectives and annual department objectives to support your 3–5-year vision of success. Then, you will evaluate your other KRs based on the three C’s: close out, carry forward, or create new. Which OKRs will you close out? Which OKRs will you move forward and expand upon? And which OKRs will you create?
It typically takes 90 days to set the vision, build the strategy, create team OKRs, and set the execution cycle. After this, we will set up a quarterly recalibration session and an annual refresh.
